Driver onboarding includes an application and a background-check process. Screening reduces risk but cannot guarantee safety.

In an emergency, call 911 directly. QUESTeRIDE does not operate a monitored emergency line.

Driver insurance

Drivers must maintain personal auto insurance. QUESTeRIDE does not currently provide supplemental trip coverage; personal policies may not cover paid rides.
