Equal access
QUESTeRIDE (operated by ProResource Logistics LLC d/b/a QuestRide) prohibits discrimination by any driver or rider based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, marital status, veteran status, or any other category protected by federal, state, or local law.
Service animals and accessibility
Drivers must accommodate riders traveling with service animals and may not refuse service, charge additional fees, or require the animal to be confined. Drivers must provide reasonable assistance to riders with disabilities, including stowing foldable mobility devices in the trunk when space allows.
Prohibited conduct
- Refusing to accept or complete a trip because of a protected characteristic.
- Using slurs or harassing language.
- Imposing different fares or conditions based on a protected characteristic.
- Any form of harassment, intimidation, or unwanted physical contact.
Enforcement
Confirmed violations result in immediate suspension or permanent deactivation from the platform. Serious incidents may be reported to law enforcement and the Alabama Public Service Commission.
