Last updated: October 14, 2026

In an emergency, call 911. To report a suspected policy violation, use the form below or email support@questeride.com.

Our policy

QUESTeRIDE (operated by ProResource Logistics LLC d/b/a QuestRide) maintains a zero-tolerance policy for any amount of alcohol, illegal drugs, or other intoxicating substances by a driver while logged into the QUESTeRIDE digital network or while providing a prearranged ride.

The prohibition applies from the moment the driver logs on until the last passenger exits the vehicle.

Consequences

  • Immediate suspension pending investigation.
  • Permanent deactivation from the platform upon a confirmed violation.
  • Possible reporting to law enforcement and the Alabama Public Service Commission.

How drivers are informed

Every QUESTeRIDE driver receives this policy during onboarding and must acknowledge it, along with the Nondiscrimination Policy and Record Retention Policy, in the driver information before being approved to carry riders. The policy is also included in the driver agreement.

How complaints are handled

  1. Reports are reviewed within three business days of receipt.
  2. The reported driver is suspended from the platform during investigation if the report describes active or recent impairment.
  3. We contact the reporter (if contact info is provided) and the driver to collect additional information.
  4. Confirmed violations result in permanent deactivation; records are retained per our Record Retention Policy.
