Drivers post a Quest with the route they're already driving, the dates, and a per-seat price. Riders choose available seats at the listed price and pay up front at checkout.

On QUESTeRIDE, drivers post the trip. Riders browse driver-posted trips and book available seats. Riders can also post the route they're looking for so drivers can invite them.

Drivers set a fixed price per seat. Riders see the full checkout total before paying. QUESTeRIDE retains 5% of the paid seat amount, and the driver receives 95%.

Drivers must complete screening before posting trips. Screening cannot guarantee safety. Review driver and trip details, share your plans with trusted contacts, and call 911 in an emergency. QUESTeRIDE does not operate a monitored emergency line or live GPS tracking.

If a driver cancels, every booked rider is fully refunded automatically and emailed the driver's contact info. Riders can cancel from the trip page: cancelling 12 or more hours before departure gets a full refund; inside 12 hours there is no refund. A replacement seat is not guaranteed.

Departures leave on time. Please arrive at the departure point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time so the driver can leave as planned.

Drivers are required to maintain valid personal auto insurance that complies with state law. QUESTeRIDE is working toward supplemental liability coverage for accepted trips and will update riders and drivers before any coverage takes effect.

Drivers keep 95% of the paid seat amount. Their share becomes eligible for transfer 48 hours after driver-confirmed trip completion, subject to refunds or payment issues. A connected payout account is required; bank arrival time varies.

We are starting around Huntsville and nearby Southeast cities. Available seats depend on actual driver-posted trips. Nationwide route guides and the relay grid are informational, not scheduled service.

Compare the actual posted seat price, pickup location, travel time and luggage arrangements against current bus or flight options. QUESTeRIDE does not guarantee lower prices or faster travel.

Uber and Lyft are on-demand, short-hop rideshare with dynamic surge pricing. QUESTeRIDE is a marketplace for long-distance trips: drivers post routes they're already driving, riders book seats to share the ride, and prices never surge.
